Beth, a star forward on UB’s women’s basketball team, can usually be found in the gym, but also finds time to volunteer with her fellow teammates for organizations like Habitat for Humanity and the Ronald McDonald House. After graduation, Beth plans on furthering her studies in a physician’s assistant program, with a strong focus on pediatrics and combating childhood obesity.
Karan is earning his degree in finance and hopes to "get a job in a big city like New York or Chicago" as an investment banker. President of the Inter-Greek Council in the School of Management, Karan "couldn’t have asked for a better four years at UB"—his time spent in Buffalo has helped shape the rest of his life.
