UB Dedicates New $75 Million School of Engineering Building on North Campus

The University at Buffalo today officially opened its new $75 million, environmentally friendly School of Engineering and Applied Sciences research facility. Located on UB's North Campus, Barbara and Jack Davis Hall is named in honor of the Western New York couple in recognition of their lifetime philanthropic contributions to the university.

Zukoski Named UB Provost and Executive Vice President

Charles F. Zukoski has been named provost and executive vice president for academic affairs at the University at Buffalo, following an international search launched in September. A member of the National Academy of Engineering, Zukoski is an internationally recognized scholar in chemical engineering. His appointment was announced today by UB President Satish K. Tripathi. He will be joining UB this summer.
