Jasmine May

“Thanks to you, I hope to find a better treatment for brain cancer.”

Jasmine May is a UB Honors College scholar majoring in medicinal chemistry. During her first semester at UB, her father succumbed to brain cancer so Jasmine is joining the army of researchers seeking a cure. In addition to her undergraduate studies, she has already interned in a graduate chemistry lab and is doing her own research in UB’s Institute for Lasers, Photonics and Biophotonics. After her sophomore year, Jasmine was awarded a national Goldwater Scholarship. Now a senior, she’s applying to MD/PhD programs. Donors like you invest in the future by supporting students like Jasmine.
