Free Planned Giving Seminar for Women

If you're a woman over age 50, you probably have questions about your financial future. You may ask, "How long will my money last?" "When should I take Social Security?" or "How can I earn stock-market returns without the risk?"

We have arranged a free seminar to help you answer these questions. Won't you join us for “What Every Woman Over 50 Needs to Know About Retirement” on Thursday, September 14, 2006, from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.? It's at the University at Buffalo, Center for Tomorrow, North (Amherst) Campus. Need directions to campus?

The presenter is Cindy Vance, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, with Jensen, Marks, Langer & Vance LLC. She was recently named as one of America’s Best Financial Planners by Consumer Research Council of America and we're sure you'll enjoy her presentation. We welcome your questions after her presentation.

There is no cost to attend; however, we would appreciate it if you would pre-register by Friday, September 8, 2006, to Lynette Soulvie (716) 829-2632, ext. 280, or e-mail her at soulvie@buffalo.edu. Light refreshments will be served.

You could be the one lucky attendee who will win two tickets to see the Dalai Lama at UB’s Distinguished Speakers Series on September 19!

This event is sponsored by the UB Office of Planned Giving in conjunction with the Graduate School of Education, the School of Public Health, the School of Nursing and the School of Social Work.
